Rules for Heroes Empty
PostSubject: Rules for Heroes   Rules for Heroes EmptyFri Apr 09, 2010 4:23 pm

Wasn't sure who knew this and who didn't, so i thought i'd put it here ^_^

Finding Your Heroes:
Ok, your looking for 3 heroes, one for each skill, each with base scores that are 60+

To find your heroes base scores you need to look for the skill you want i.e. attack, politics, intelligence.

You then take this number, and take away from it the hero's level i.e. LVL5 hero, Attack =67 would mean 67 - 5 = 62.

You then add 1 to this number, which would mean 62 + 1 = 63

63 is then that hero's base score.

The full equation is: (Skill - Level) +1 = Base Score

Heroes with a base score of 60+ gain experience a lot quicker, as they can deal with bigger problems at a lower level, making them accumulate more experience than normal.

Using Your Heroes:
Ok, generally you always want to keep your Politics hero as your mayor 90% of the time...

A hero with high politics gives bonuses to your city:

  • Increases amount of resources you aquire per hour
  • Lowers the amount of time it takes to build

A hero with high intelligence used as mayor:

  • Reduces time taken to research new technologies

However, i always tend to use the intelligence hero when sending out scouts

A hero with high attack used as mayor:

  • Reduces time taken to recruit new troops

However, an attack hero is mainly sent out with your troops when they are attacking other players, NPC's, or valleys
Generally, when you become larger, you will have more attack heroes so that you can send multiple attacks at the same time, or plunder NPC's a few at a time.

*** It is important to remember, when you switch your Mayor, the bonuses from the previous mayor no longer apply... which means that as soon as your new mayor has finished the job you needed him for, to switch straight back to your Politics mayor, so that the bonuses on resource production return***
